The Central Pacific includes the beach and port towns of
Jaco, Dominical, Quepos(Manuel Antonio), and Puntarenas. The weather here
is generally five to ten degrees warmer than the central valley. The roads
are generally not of the same quality as the central valley but certainly
passable. The jungle really meets the beach here and the international
jet set has discovered this area but at the same time there exists very
reasonable accommodations.
