IMPORTANT INFORMATION ON AIRFARE
DISCOUNT TICKETS
1. Please contact us as far in advance as possible because
generally there are only 10 seats per plane at these discounted prices.
2. Try to be flexible on the dates you request by giving us your first,
second, third choices of dates. If you are open to coming anytime in
a week's period we almost always can obtain these discount for you.
3. Because of the low prices of these they are non-refundable and non-transferable.
4. These tickets can be changed WITHOUT PENALTY anytime within a year
of issuance however.
5. Extensions of the ticket on the return portion once in Costa Rica
are allowed for a charge of $100.
6. There is a 3% additional charge if you use a credit card instead
of sending a certified check, cashiers or wire transfer to our wholesaler
in the U.S.
7. All checks will be sent to our wholesale travel agency in the U.S.
not to Costa Rica. The agency will have an 800 number for you to contact
in the U.S. once we have confirmed your reservation.
8. DHL or Fed EX will send all tickets to your home or office at a charge
of $6.50 with a signature by you or someone at your address required.
9. No ticket pickup at the airport allowed with this program. This is
the airline requirement.
10. No one way tickets-----Please do ask----We can not help you.
11. Very Important ---Make sure that the name in your passport matches
the name your request for the ticket.
12. We only work with the four well known major airlines and can not
tell you until we know the dates you request which one it will be. Once
we confirm your reservation we will be able to give you a record locator
number by which you can call the airline via an 800 number and confirm
you reservation before you send us a check of your credit card authorization.
Please do not attempt to pay the airline directly, as these are special
bulk fares and can only be purchased with our special agreement with
the airline.
13. Be very careful not be confuse us with the charter airlines----one
of which recently stopped flying and not only did people miss their
flights but probably will never see their money again. WE ONLY USE MAJOR
INTERNATIONAL CARRIERS.
14. Orbit assumes no responsibility for anything except transferring
your information to the wholesaler and absolutely does not guarantee
any departure time of the airlines of connections or other responsibilities
of the airline. You will have a normal regular ticket from a major carrier
who will have all responsibilities of the airlines. You will have normal

Remember:
Send exact names as
they exist on your passports, dates of departure and return,
departure city, number of persons in your party, your fax and
telephone numbers, what hotels you want us to book you into
Costa Rica and if you need rental car or other transport inside
the country. Our bulk rate tickets are usually less
than travelocity or priceline. They like to keep us waiting
at least 24 hours hoping you will spring for full price.
